The Win Equation is a political campaign blog written by experienced Republican political consultant and campaign manager Bijoy Datta.

Bijoy is the President of Brightside Communcations, a political consulting firm based in Upstate New York.

Bijoy has worked professionally in politics for 19 years on campaigns ranging from New York State Governor to State Senate & Assembly, County Executive, Mayor, District Attorney, Judge, Sheriff, County Legislature and more.

In recent years, Brightside has run successful campaigns for Rob Bauer for Oneida County Court Judge, Patrick Perfetti for Cortland County District Attorney, Jason Cook for Yates County Judge, Mike Villa for Amsterdam Mayor, Dan Mandell for Elmira Mayor, Patrick O’Sullivan for Madison County Judge, and Paul Czajka for Columbia County D.A., among numerous others.

In 2014, Bijoy served as Deputy Campaign Manager for Rob Astorino’s run for New York State Governor.
